
I wanted to create a low-carb granola bowl that’s packed with protein and healthy fats. Since I don’t have much time to allocate to meal preparation, I needed something quick and easy to remember: 150-50, which means 150g of Greek yogurt and 50g of sugar-free Break-Fast Rise granola.
For Instagram followers, I’ve made this dragon fruit version with berries because I think the pink really pops in the photo. But personally, I usually stick to just Greek yogurt and granola.

• 6x Bkfst Rise | Granola Cacao Clusters (50g)
• 6x Bkfst Rise | Granola Ginger & Turmeric (50g)
• 6x Greek Yoghurt (150g)
• 6x Diced Dragon Fruit (25g)
• 6x Berries (25g)
Vegan Alert: If you’re looking for a yogurt substitute that’s vegan, try coconut yogurt.
STEPS
【1】In a cup, mix blended yogurt with diced dragon fruit.
【2】Stir until it’s all smooth.
【3】Add some granola and berries.
