If you’re not completely in love with your Breakfast Rise granola, we’ll refund your first case (up to 4 pouches) in full. Refunds are eligible within 6 months of the order date – we want our products give you the energy and nutrition you need to fuel your passions and keep you going strong.
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
The Breakfast Rise online store only processes domestic returns within Australia. We aim to have your return request resolved within 3 working days.
If you have been sent an incorrect product please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery at hello@breakfastrise.com. As long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
