At Breakfast Rise, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a risk-free guarantee on your first order, up to a maximum of 4 pouches.
To be eligible:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of your order date
- This applies to first-time customers only
- Limit of one refund per customer
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we detect misuse or abuse of this policy.
How it works
If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@breakfastrise.com with:
- Your order number

A short explanation of your experience
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the issue
If the product is unopened, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
