We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $109 AUD
- Flat rate shipping on orders below this amount (calculated at checkout)
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (metro areas)
- Regional areas: may take longer depending on location
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
